  • Other payment methods as agreed upon in writing

Payment terms, including due dates, deposits, and installment plans, will be specified on the invoice or in a written agreement.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in:

  • Withholding of final deliverables until payment is received

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our discretion based on work performed

Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • All original work created by JB Business Solutions remains our property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use final deliverables for their intended purpose

  • JB Business Solutions retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise requested

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services (including hosting providers, e-commerce platforms, or software solutions).

JB Business Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures caused by third-party services

  • Changes in third-party pricing, policies, or features

  • Issues outside our direct control

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee:

Termination of Services

  • Payments remain unpaid

  • Communication breaks down in a way that prevents project completion
